Blind Duck Blackberry Brandy is unaged brandy with blackberries.
The juicy liquid is distilled, blended, and bottled at Matchbook Distilling Co. in Greenport NY.
Ingredients:
The unaged brandy is distilled from grapes grown Biodynamically at Keeler Estate Vineyards, in Oregon.
The blackberries were a mix of Sep's Farm in East Marion, and Trieber Farms in Mattituck NY.
A hint simple syrup for added sweetness.
